Q.: How do I order online ?
A.: To order online you have to choose products in our Online Shop section by clicking on the
Shopping Basket symbol. Are you finish to add products you have to click on the Go To Cashier symbol. That
will open a page with a list of all the products you selected. You still can change quantities, deselect
products or continue shopping. Are you satisfied with your choice click on the Accept button which will bring
up the shipping information formular. First after you inserted your shipping address and method of payment we
start to process your order. You will soon receive a confirmation E-mail with further details on your order.
Q.: How long takes shipping ?
A.: Depending on where you live shipping from our stock takes 1 up to 5 days in Greenland.
International addresses have to add airmail (first class) delivery time from 1 up to 3 weeks.
Q.: How much cost a quote for web design ?
A.:
For small sites and private web site developing we quote free of costs. Anyhow larger development projects and complex design/development tasks we charge for all work exceeding 1 hour. Of course we will inform you up front what you costs you can expect.
Q.: How long does it take to get a small web site ?
A.: Depending on modifications from our standard portfolio we can typically deliver a complete web
site inclusive upload to a running server in 1 up to 5 days.
